And it continues build thread. Dead.. sent to the scrapyard

For sure! Greg turned me onto the stuff too and I love it. Way more precise and when You are grinding the metal you don't have to worry about the sharpie marks burning away. :waytogo:

And the line actually lights up when you grind, or cut. Way easier, and its only $6.00 for a thing of dykem that will probably last a few years. Way better than trying to find the blue sharpie I accidentally left somewhere:doah::doah:.

Also 42's are on and I got her out for the first time this year. Fired right up, after I put another battery on. No big surprise the optima was dead.

Looks good with the 42s! Your Speedhole Mike bump stop brackets turned out good too! And you got mad carpentry skills with that sweet hood brace! :D

That is just left over cuts crime the gable on the barn. I did cut it though

I just thought I needed to hack you for something just because!? :dunno::haha:
Probably be because my Duramax is all rusty and yours is all nice and dry parked for the winter. :doah:

Looks Good! :thumb:

No explanation needed. On my second neer, don't mind a ribbing now and then. We are all friends here :)

Nice tires---lol

The 42's. Look like they belong under your rig!!!
Glad to see them enjoy more wheeling life with you and your truck.
Kelly was sad to see them go.
She was very happy to see them on your truck so quickly.

Looks great Jess!
Glad we could contribute to your rig!

Thanks john! I'll be ordering a Groover next week. Since she is a trailer queen and stored indoors those tires should last me quite awhile.

I got one that I used for my Bajas. Won't need it again in the foreseeable future. You are welcome to use it. Just pay shipping and send it back when done.

That is awesome!!! I will take you up on that offer. I will gladly pay a rental fee, and make sure it comes back with more #4 blades.

PM me your address. I'll drop it in the UPS Monday. Should cost me $5.00 to ship from work. Don't sweat the blades or rent. I think there is still 8 or 9 of the 10 pack that came with it. Only used one or two for the whole set of tires. I just checked and it is a #4 head.

Love it on the 42's Jess!
Interested in the tire grooving as well.

Next few things on the list will be fixing the front fenders to line up with the hood and core support. I have another set of fenders I plan on sectioning to extend the current fenders. After that I may or may not add a set of zero rates to the front. I have the zero rates just need to buy a new center pin for one of them. Also new TRE'S. Deciding if I should trust the 6 dollar a side ones from Rock auto.

Started grooving the tires. I may order a new head and number 5 or 6 blade for the groover. I don't like cutting twice. What say ye ck5? Also still need to do the outside lugs.

Looks sick with the 42s on it!! I would cut those center treads in half, rock bouncer style. Have you seen the video on facebook where the guy grooves tires with one of those rotary tool dealies?

Yah I was going to use one of those sharpened multi tools, but then stein sent me his groover. What tread should I cut?

This is the pattern I was going for

Posted the video on your fb page. That's how I want to cut my 42s but they are still so fresh, I haven't able to bring myself to do it.

EDIT: I would almost cut the fronts like what you posted. Then do the backs like in the video I put on your fb since that style seems like it would be better for forward momentum, but your style is better for side hill traction

I don't cut the outside lugs ever makes em tear off pretty bad.

I like diagonal cuts on the center lugs.
