Not on the jack stands ,,,, she pulled through this sickness, put up alittle fight here and there, have a few battle scars to remember this by, but it drives nicer, definitely shifts differently, better, shifts are a touch snappier but not harsh, I like it.

2 big questions .

di you run a can of cooler flush threw the lines before install ?

and correct fluid ? i know thay call for specific fluid around this time over normal dextron.

Yes, cleaned out the cooler lines real well, and this still runs the regular Dex/Merc fluid. Could have spent the extra cash on synthetic, but really don't need it, all you gain with that in a trans is the heat stability of the fluid anyways, I do plan on installing a big cooler soon as well.

Not my first trans swap, believe me, went through this with my Burb a few times already and the parents vehicles along with friends in the past. That's why the earlier comment, " I too old for this"
