Just about everything is done. Couldn't get tstat to open. Fought that until I bypassed the heater core. Was letting air in causing tstat to stay closed. Not sure why heater core went out. Maybe it was bad last winter and I didn't know. Then push on the clutch pedal and nothing but mush. Look on the floor and big puddle of brake fluid. Slave cylinder pooped the bed. If it wasn't stuck in the garage I probably would've burned it down that day.
Had a hell of a time bleeding the clutch hydraulics. I replaced everything, master, hose and slave. Ended up finding a trick to bleeding these. Fill the master open the bleed screw on the slave to make sure some fluid comes out. Close the bleeder top off the master and cycle the clutch fork by hand about a dozen times making sure the master doesnt go dry. Perfect pedal after that. Goes against everything I have ever done or was taught and I have done a ton of hydraulic stuff. Anyway fighting a knock sensor code and a failed oil pressure sender. Drove it around for about hour and a half last weekend. Sounds good. Louder than the 350 but it has headers and 2.5" exhaust instead of 2.25. sounds good but different. Need to mount the fuse block behind or near the glovebox and install the ductwork, and clean up the firewall wiring.

Started on some electrical. I have rock lights and started on some air horns my son gave me for Christmas plus need to wire up the KCs and rear off-road lights in the bumper. I wanted the old style rockers or toggles but that is a ton of wiring to run everywhere. Plus I couldn't find a good spot to mount all that. I started looking for a solution and this so far is pretty cool. Only have two circuits done and started pouring rain so decided to sit and have a beer and watch it. Horn button is to control the compressor.

My son is a whiz at all the computer 3d printing stuff. As previously posted I had to modify the glovebox to clear my computer. So he made me this panel so the glove box is still functional. Not totally finished but will be pretty slick when it is trimmed and bolted\riveted together.
