Another eBayer passing a truck off as a "K30"....

But it's just weird...:D If that's true than my mistake as well since I called him on it.

"Upside down u-bolts" is normal on 1 tons. All of them came factory with the threads pointing down. Don't bash the 1 tons because they have upside down u-bolts.
Ditto, now remembering my K30 is the same way.

My k30 had that type of u-bolt too. I got rid of them after I changed out the rear springs. I wonder if he bought the thing with the 10 bolt? Also its too bad that part of the 12k he invested in the truck didnt include a stereo, or a working washer pump, or hooking up the horn!

Maybe somebody clued him into whatever you say and certainly publish about an item can be used as a guarentee. Things like gas milage, axle ratings and what not. So he pulled his erroneous ad.

I just wanted to know how he got THAT mileage with those gears? :doah:
Wonder if he had the front drive shaft out of it :doah:

I get around 17- 19 mpg thats running on the highway at a comfortable 65-70 mph In town I get around 15-16 mpg, thats under normal driving conditions.

thats my favorite part

Yea, with a T400 tranny in D, the rig is doing close to 2600 RPM's at 70MPH. At that rate he's lucky if he gets 5 MPG :haha: !!

He didn't really want to sell it. His wife said sell it and buy your daughter a pool. So he fracked up the mileage to red flag it and now he can say I tried to sell it.
