Another eBayer passing a truck off as a "K30"....

I especially like the the stacked rear blocks, and u-bolts flipped like newer trucks (why????).
Oh, yeah, maybe a spell check next time?

precisely...i like how in the questions, somebody asks if there is a tailgate included and the guy replies and says it acts like a huge parachute and kills the mileage on the truck. haha....good stuff.

Those blocks are scary. :eek1:

I wish the pictures were higher resolution so we could see if it said "20" or "30" on the fender emblem.

I'd hate to think he downgraded the front axle for some reason.

I get around 17- 19 mpg thats running on the highway at a comfortable 65-70 mph In town I get around 15-16 mpg, thats under normal driving conditions.

thats my favorite part

Well I asked him about the validity of it being a 1 ton. Told him that was a 3/4 ton 10 bolt underneath and not a Dana 60. No reponse yet of course. Can't wait to see what he does to correct it.

Yeah I like his stacked blocks in the rear, very nice. As well as the 17-19 mpg he gets on the freeway running a 454/t400/39.5's and 4.11's. 15-16 mpg in town...too funny. He must live in Fantasyland.

Well, he didn't mention in the ad that he's running a 1bbl Briggs & Stratton carb under that chrome air cleaner. :haha:

edit: I like the sympathy play, too:

"I'm doing some major remodeling on my house and my daughter wants a swimming pool, so I told her if the truck sells- she'll get one. "

is it just me or are their nuts hanging down off the end of those super wayyyyy to long upside down u-bolts?\

in his defense, anyone who stacks blocks and runs u-bolts like that, likely cannot do simple math very well. "Hmm I used 10 gallons to go 60 miles, thats like 16 mpg right?"

Hey did anyone ask if he painted it with a roller? :doah: :haha:

Maybe he can give me some tuning tips to get my 454 in the same range..:haha:

I also shot him a message letting him know about the missing 60.

I got a response.....

Quote: It is a k30 with a 10 bolt, not all k30 came with a dana. Thanks.

Can you believe this dipsh*t?

Edit: This is what I wrote back...

"I don't doubt that it is a K30, since the VIN was run and it show that is correct. But an 8 lug 10 bolt is NOT a 1 ton axle. Another thing, what is up with stacking lift blocks, do you realize how dangerous that is? Or the upside-down u-bolts?"

You did it now he is pissed!

The seller ended this listing early because the item is no longer available for sale.

:haha: :haha: :haha:

"Upside down u-bolts" is normal on 1 tons. All of them came factory with the threads pointing down. Don't bash the 1 tons because they have upside down u-bolts.
