I don't drive in any roads.Yeah, but with your eye sight, I am not sure you should legally be allowed to drive in public roads.

Hi it's me, the buddy in question.
I'm heading out to the western slope this weekend to pick it up.
I'll make a build thread once I get it home and cleaned up.

Nope, I'm going to make an Adventure out of it. Plan is to leave Denver at 3 am, pick up another friend and drive out to BFE to finalize the purchase. Then turn around and jump it back to the city. Are you trailering it?
I am south of Palisade if you need anything that I might be able to help with.
Roadkill adventure with kids. Right on. That should cement some lasting memories in the kiddo's minds.Nope, I'm going to make an Adventure out of it. Plan is to leave Denver at 3 am, pick up another friend and drive out to BFE to finalize the purchase. Then turn around and jump it back to the city.
Oh and I'm bringing my 2 kids (8 and 6) so my wife can have the house to herself for a day finally. They've only seen pictures so far and think it's about as cool as can be.

Nucla isn't quite BFE, but you can see it from there! Lol! Not much cell service down Hwy 141, but great scenery, in case you haven't been that way before.
As for the hot ride. Simone out there in Colorado might have the lines, compressor, and brackets that are missing.

I showed the wife that resort. We may have to make a trip back out there for fun sometime.141 is a sweet road. Rimrocker crosses it above Nucla. The gateway museum is on the northern end if you have time to check it out. Lots of cool cars in there.
Have fun!
It's the only way I have bought cars.
Yo!
Ballsy and badass at the same time! Good luck man! Good to see and happy to watch what it becomes!?![]()
First project is to put on a smog pump, egr valve, and catalytic converter to pass emissions.
