Anyone ever built/seen a dually suburban?

There is actually someone who makes an adapter for the 14ff that allows you to use another axle behind it. http://www.usa6x6.com I was thinkin maybe about using a 14ff short for dual setup so I could put tandem axles in and be using both of them in a crew cab dually

never personally seen a dually or 4x4 van yet, not many full size vans exist here, very rare actually cept for late 80s up, almost as rare as 69-76 k5's, seen two in my life so far,

I have seen some at drag races.....

Out your way somewhere there is also a 6 door Sub (not Ambi doors either) that runs on propane. Not a dually though.

A surplus dealer here in Germany did have this one some time ago:

Dont know if it was already mentioned, but there is a black dually suburban in the movie Twister. It has a 90's grille on it.

Any idea what he did with the inner wheel wells to clear the inner dual tire in the back there?

i've got a buddy who has a Burb with a C&C 14FF under it, i'll ask him next time i see him what he had to do to make it clear the body.

I'm not sure what that guy did to clear them but I know Jeg's sells wheels tubs for tubbing out cars to clear big slicks. You could probably use a set of those for a dually project. Just my .02

wish i had a digicam cuz this one here in town for sale looks better than any of these you guys are showing, the tubs are exact match to body, nothing fancy common every day stock factory tan and brown colors tone and all, not a repaint, looks very factory so much so that i assume that gm made some,
maybe ill stop and look under the rear body of this one out here and see if any tub mods are done to it, its only about 1/2 a mile away from here at a truck and trailer and welder shop

probably did this....

They probably did what my friend did to his 78 K20 he made into a dually--he simply cut off the wheel tubs from another pickup and cut out his bed floor and spliced them onto the original tubs, had to add about 3-4 inches of tub to both sides--he then found out his slide in camper no longer slid in!--too narrow between the tubs!:doah: I assume the suburban must use the same wheel tubs,or at least similar to the ones on a fleetside pickup bed...
