Anyone running 20\" wheels other than the mall crusiers ?

Is anyone out there running the "Bling Bling Dubs" on their trail rig? Got any pics? Help me make up my mind, 15's, 17's or the 20's 8 luggers?

Some of the rock crawler comp rigs have moved to Dubs... Take a look at Dustins Red Bull rig. It uses 20's with 40" Pro Comps.....

www.redbullrockcrawlers.com Dustins "Rockit" has them in Xterrain flavor(tastes like chicken /forums/images/graemlins/histerical.gif).. They're not listed on the site yet and not sure if they're in production yet.

yeah, like those huge 52's /forums/images/graemlins/yikes.gif how wide are they, I know that the 49" michelins are something like 14" wide...

Dana 50 my ass!
That thing has a Dana 135 rear and I think it is Dana 80 in the front! Whatever it is in the front, it makes my 60 look like a Suzuki axle! I dont have a shot of the front, but here is a shot of the rearend...

That thing has a Dana 135 rear and I think it is Dana 80 in the front! Whatever it is in the front, it makes my 60 look like a Suzuki axle! I dont have a shot of the front, but here is a shot of the rearend...

well all super dooties came with a 50 in the front until this year and by looking at the hub it sure looks like a 50.
I should add that you could special order a 60 in the front but thats not a 60 hub so im not sure.

I have also never heard of an 80 front axle /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif 60 is as big as they come from the factory.

now you have me curious if its not a 50 what is it ?

IIRC Ford only used the D50 for a couple years after the debute of the superduty back in 98 or 99. Far as I know they are and have been putting 60's up front for a few years now. IIRC an F550 should have a Dana 135 rear and an HD 60 up front that just has bigger brakes and thicker axle tubes to handle more weight. Not sure if thats all correct or not though.

Superduties before '01 had Dana 50s in 3/4 ton and 1 ton SRW applications ONLY.

ALL '01 and up Superduties and '99 and newer F350 DRW, F450, and F550s have ALWAYS had a Dana 60 front.

F450s and F550s also have a bigger lug pattern, bigger brakes, 19.5 tires from the factory I do believe, and a Dana 80/Dana 135 respectively.

I am not positive what it IS, but I know that it ISN'T a D50 in the front. My brother is in town this weekend, tomarrow or Saturday I will go see if I can find some stampings on the front end or ask my bro what it is.

Oh, but it isn't a mall cruiser and those are 20" wheels!!!

Actually Dana 60s started showing up in mid year of 2001 in the F250/350 single wheels. All DRW F350s have had Dana 60s from the intrduction of the SuperDuties in late 1998. That includes the F450/550s as well.
