Whats with moving the shackel mount

so you can put in a longer shackle and get the most droop.

you need to move the front spring mount forward also. you guys need to search, there is alot of info already here, and what else you'll need to do. longer shocks, moved shock mounts, x-over steering.

I just finished swaping 3/4 ton axles and 52 inch springs into my K5, I got my B52 kit and shackle flip from DIY4X money well spent. If you are looking for sturdy high quality parts he is the guy to deal with. I used a 7 inch shackle and 5 leaf pack with overload from a 85 half ton. For the rear I used a 4 or 5 inch cros tied shackle. Here are some of the pics.

crossover is coming very soon. Just waiting for DOM and a few other things. I have F250 shock mounts sitting in the garage to be installed. For the rear I am thinking of using an S10 spring plate plate with the shock mount right on the plate already
