Auto to Manual swap, regrets?

I don't see why you would bother.

The stock clutch isn't hard to use, and the cylinders are not prone to failure. Both 80's hydraulic setups I've pulled have had the original slave on them.

If you have to replace the stock one fine, but if it's not a direct bolt in and same cost or cheaper, (about $50@ napa IIRC) don't waste your time.

You could switch it out if you wanted to. I just got the Novak kit and it came with it. They do have a good tech line and will help you with everything .Nice people. Oh, Sorry I didn't know I was yelling.I'm just throwing out ideas. "Opinions are like a**holes ,everybody has one"

NONE. I have gotten used to driving it around town in the traffic (the head and noise of the BBC are the only thing that get to me) The low range and the relability are priceless IMO.

Holy crap.. I'm bumping my 3.08's up to 4.10's just for 35's and I've got the same set up. How do the 3.08's work out for you? What's pushing it?

and RSNHell... don't write in all caps... it just bugs me, and makes it seem like you're "yelling"

Well it wheels pretty good, but could always use lower gearing. I don't want to put any money in the 1/2 ton axles though, so I will build around them until I change em. I have my 203 still and will someday do a doubler, plus the Np205 3:1 lomax gears (if they ever release them). I didn't plan on going with that size tire, but the deal was too good to pass up, and the clearance is awesome. Needless to say it is always in granny and low when wheelin, unless in the mud :)

I have a Centerforce 2 clutch, Novak hydro conversion, ditched their crappy hose for a stainless braided one from Stock car parts, and a wilwood master. No problems so far, and even my GF can depress the clutch. I can't imagine wheelin all day without hydro.
