Back In the Saddle Again

What is wrong with your factory seats?

Martin
I don’t like them. You fall out easily when crawling different inclines. Mine the frame had busted to so the seat back kept falling backwards. I welded the frames back up on my stock ones but I still don’t care for them.

I just set it where it’s most comfortable for me. These seats have some cool action even though I can’t slide. I can fold the seats up so people can access the back from either side. They are way more comfortable than the stock seats and I set them a little higher for better sight when on the trails.

I’ll probably try to find a matching seat for the rear as well. There should a third row in this exact same stitching that I’m curious if it will work.

These seats go for crazy money in eBay. Add that with the rails and be around 2k

They’re in. Still need to figure out how I’m going to mount the rear passenger bracket. I am trying to avoid drilling into the floor at all costs. Probably think of something in a day or two.

Time to get serious about a rear-roll cage.

I’m not interested in getting one that goes through the dash yet. But I do want to have
B pillar and tailgate hoop~(stock style) and have them connected across the top and at the wheel wells.

I’m thinking I’ll stop by a fab shop today and get a price for the bent pieces. Wish I had a bender dang it.

You can probably just get the b-pillar and family bars from DIY4x.
be about $500 for the tubing + shipping. Seems high to me but maybe I’m wrong. I’m getting in touch with the local 4wheeler club here and see if I can’t get it bent by someone local. I have the steel for the mounting plates already. Going to to see if I can’t save a few $
