Back In the Saddle Again

Im pretty set on running H1 wheels. I don’t like the way they look recentered. I’ll probably run spacers and see what I think of them. Just can’t find a wheel that I like that functions and looks as good as a HMMWV :thinking:

I hope you plan on running 16.5 tires, which have limited choices
 
Can anyone point me towards a front axle perch for a 10 bolt? Not sure who sells the correct height and tube diameter
 
Ok, me and @Wes Harden have been playing around with a few things.

My truck is having a sputtering issue and it’s intermittent. I think @Wes Harden is correct and I need to take my carb apart and clean it. I’ll probably just replace the carb for the time being as I don’t have a weekend I can do a rebuild right now. For at least 3 weeks anyways. I’ll put the carb on and report back.

I think wes is correct and it’s a fuel metering issue in the carb. And may have been the culprit I’ve been chasing this whole time.

It acts like it’s running on 6 cylinders when at stops at idle. Originally thought it was my vacuum modulator since it was leaking, sucking fluid into my engine and fouling plugs. But it’s still happening even after changing that. And as time progresses it’s getting worse.
 
If you like I'll inspect and kit that carb,when get it swapped.
Maybe adjust the jetting
 
I got a carb. My buddy with the Firebird bought an AVS2 and doesn’t like it compared to his quadrajet so I’m getting that from him.

I need to source some leaf spring plates for the 14b and my blazer springs. Anyone know where to get a good thick set?

I would say DIY4X or ORD or RuffStuff
