For some reason I was having some trouble finding what I needed but DIY4x is who I went with.
I’ve been eying their stuff too.
I think I found the front axle perch I need. I have a flat top knuckle I need machined. Found a guy locally who can do it.
so fyi the poncho q jets are tiny bit different than chevy. It'll work but linkages, non electric choke, fuel inlets are just a little different.

I have a qjet I could use. Probably needs rebuilt though. My pops found a couple out on car mountain off some RV’s that we’re getting junked.
When is a raised flat top steering arm needed over a flat style?
Got my knuckle at the machine shop. Steering arms for cross over high steer will be here Monday. Need to make up a tie rod and get an ORD drag link. And 2wd gear box.
Considering cleaning up these leafs currently and running them or going with a new set I can just roll in. Still undecided. These leafs don’t seem too beat up. But the thought of having all new leafs is a nice thought.

New parts day gotta bring the RH arm to the guy doing the machine work. 
Dropped off the arm and got to see the knuckle chucked on the mill it’s not trammed in yet. 
Ill probably go through and replace all the ball joints and ujoints on this axle since its out and in front of me and I dont know the condition. Will be putting new rotors on as well.
I suppose I should check the wheel bearings possibly replace them and the lock nuts for the spindles? Anything else I should look out for?

Tie rod ends should be the only thing left
Check you spindle bearings too.
Yeah I am putting new tierod and ends on.
Ball joint eliminators yay or nay?
If your are calling a Dana 60 a ball joint eliminator then yes. Otherwise just put good ball joints in it. For no more than you’ve said you plan on doing with it they are fine.
I’ve got close to 20 years beating on two different Dana 44 front axles and the only time I had to replace a ball joint is due to a u-joint taking out the bottom of one when it grenaded.
