Back In the Saddle Again

I jumped on the NV4500 swap forum and the Russel part number is what guys are using on the external. Not sure if they are the same or not.
Looking at summit, the only difference I see between that and the one I posted is -3 or -4 an size for your line.

Where’s the best spot to drill a whole in the firewall to run my harness wiring to the brain?

I was thinking I could reuse the existing hole on the passenger side but it’s too tight against the AC to get the connectors through.

Went to bleed the clutch tonight and found the master cylinder to be no good. So picking one up from vato zone in the AM

Took it for a test drive at varying RPMs and lots of engine braking.

Everything works great….except

Reverse. Can’t get it into reverse and if I try all of a sudden it only has reverse even with the stick in the nuetral position.

Wondering if I missed the shift lever in the case some how. Hmmmm….

Thinking about drilling the trans tunnel out and popping the cover off.

If it's anything similar to the sm465, you need to have the shifter in between the reverse and neutral to get the forks to fit and work properly

It’s different than the 465 if I remember right on the 465 it has to be in reverse to get the top cover on. On the 4500 everything needs to be in neutral. But there is a slotted lever that the reverse/5th fork must slide into. I thought I got it on there but I guess it’s possible I missed it.
