I'm still in the planning and parts collecting phase, but here's a link to the plans I arrived at after a ton of research.

Some things still may change but this is my latest version.
It's not cheap but is really more simple than it looks if you break down each function and feature by itself. Such as the ACR, it only charges, or the emergency solenoid, which only parrallels the batteries and has no charging duties.
