And by the way, I've done the 'Moab and fancy food' thing as well. There used to be a fine dining restaurant (sort of across from the Rio - actually, I think it's closed now...), and while it was worth the $$$ at that time, I found that I'm just as happy at Zax on Sunday nite...
For me, the Moab trips have become about the combination of good company and fabulous trails. I've made good friends there, carried away many pictures, but most importantly, came home every time with memories to last a lifetime.

. The Moab brewery only has one beer that is over the 3.2% limit, you can't order it if you're in the bar, you have to order it with food in the restaurant section and they bring it out to you in a closed bottle that you can either open and drink there or take home with you.
