It seems like every year we get more concerned with wheeling and less concerned with taking pictures. We've got some, but not nearly as many as normal. I'll try to get them up by the end of the week.
The DS-10 AKA John Holmes did awesome, I cut a tire and smashed a braided brake line resulting in a blowout.
Here's the list of trails for the week:
Saturday - Metal Masher
Sunday - Behind the Rocks
Monday - Steel Bender
Tuesday - The full Poison Spider loop, Where Eagles Dare twice (to get all the optional lines mapped out) and a good chunk of Golden Spike.
Wednesday - Kane Creek followed by a night run of Hell's Revenge (including escalator)
Thursday - Cliffhanger followed by leading the Blazer Bash group through a night run of Hell's Revenge including Hell's Gate and Escalator
Friday - We drove to City Park twice and out to Area BFE to flip Brandon/Jack off and watch him almost flip his race buggy

. It looked way worse than the picture that was posted, but I'm not sure any of ours came out better. After driving around a bit, we went back to the cabin for a nap (I'm getting old...).
Saturday - I led the Bash group through my new favorite trail/group of trails. I originally wanted to call it the "Pentafecta" since it's five trails, but someone else suggested the "Brentafecta". We'll see what sticks... It starts out with the beginning of Poison Spider Mesa, then on to Golden Spike. Shortly after you pass Zuki hill there is the middle turnoff to go out onto Where Eagles Dare which starts out with an insanely steep climb, then goes out to an overlook over Carona Arch, up another steep climb and wanders around eventually dumping us back onto Golden Spike between the overlook and the Golden Crack. We finished Golden Spike, followed by Gold Bar Rim, then took an offshoot of the exit road to hit Little Canyon.
Even with all of that, we finished the trail in 7 hours 45 minutes. We left the trail head at 7:30 and managed to beat both the Rusty Crack group and the Crack and Back group to the Crack and back to camp.
Sunday - I was signed up for Steel Bender, but decided not to run it again so I lead a small group through Pritchett Canyon. I was surprised that I managed to only have to winch twice (although there was some rock stacking). I was the only one to make it up Chewie, and I made it up the bypass to Rock Pile. I had to winch on Rocker Knocker (that's where I blew out the brake line, otherwise I may have been able to make it) and I winched the top part of Axle Hill.
Normally we hit a quick trail on Monday before we head back to Phoenix, but we were both pretty exhausted from a long week of wheeling so we loaded up last night and headed back home early this morning.
