BB 2019 last minute thrash

If you link enough of them together you got some really heavy chain. You might get an extra couple of feet worth of reach too.

Just trying to pay the debt down so 2020 BB can be a reality.
I so badly want to take the wife. I doubt you'll be able to tell she's Chinese the whole trip. Them eyes will be WIDE open in OH SH1T mode :haha::eek:

Another year I will be living through uploaded pictures.
Make them good gents

So I had this epic road trip planned out. Wrenching on the stuff that needed wrenched, tune up, new radio head unit, oil change, gathered a trip kit of spare belt, ign module, etc., truck is good to go.

Then my Dr tells me I shouldn't make that kind of drive. I had a Pulmonary Embolism in 2010 and I'm at a higher risk for another, especially if I do that much driving. I'm on Eliquis, but 1200 miles one way is too much sitting.

One more reason getting old sux, but it beats the alternative.

That’s too bad you can’t make it, we typically enjoy quite the camaraderie

Sucks that you aren't going to make it.

too late
:rotfl:

There are some folks leaving in just over a week, now they have a place to park their early photos.
Love your interest, hope to see you there next year!
With the career takin off I should be able to afford finishing the blazer now just for the time and I still have to fab a trailer...

Well I pulled the #2 plug out and found a nice white tip with a little tan on the backside by the electrode. I'd share a pic, but my phone took a crappy one. But let's just say it was good enough not to proceed to pull the rest of them. But as I was putting the plug back in and I looked up and saw this little item...

The split is in the boot of the vacuum line to the regulator. It looks to go all the way through. It's not much and the plugs don't show excessive fuel, but I'm going to get a new boot for it anyway. Max fuel pressure due to a lack of vacuum at anything less than WOT probably isn't helping my fuel economy but it's probably not an issue big enough to make a radical change in MPG. Probably grasping at straws at this point and the mileage is more dependent on my right foot anyway.

I did replace a cracked coolant overflow bottle though. Huge issues to address I know. Outside of doing some clean up not much more needs to be done other than packing. What to stock the fridge with for beverages does come to mind. My son who works at a Whole Foods is bringing the meat to be sacrificed on the almighty campstove. Yum yum.

Got my steering pump replaced and went for a shakedown run. Pump works better than it has in years... guess I'm a little late replacing it. Found a few loose bolts and minor things, so should be good to go soon.
