not to be a prick but if that case was red i would swear it was a lincoln . same shape and radius on the flip up side cover and even the finger hole to open it looks the same as my 140c lincoln.

and have lots of fun with that thing .

I mean if we are getting that picky, you have 2 hinges, this has a full piano hinge so id say its different. But I don't think the box is what matters, its what's inside that I hope makes the difference.

Also the damn thing only weighs like 56 lbs with no wire. Add 11lb spool and that's still a super light portable do all rig. Im pumped, didn't get to use it last night, had to work at shortiron all night.

I've got tomorrow and Friday off work (because im part time now :D) so ill hopefully get out there and break her in.

Also, go to the 2 minute mark for the first review I had found, they sent hoonigans one a few weeks back to try.

That's the most versatile multiprocess welder I've ever seen. It does everything both my TIG and MIG do but its smaller and lighter and only cost about as much as my TIG did by itself. :saweet:

One of these days, we will pull out our phone, take a picture of the weld needed. The phone will calculate the settings needed and do the welding itself.

Well lets hope this one pays for itself 10 fold before I need to drop 5k on cell phone welder 3d printer :haha:

Even though I'm happy with my everlast. I probably would have bought this Miller too. Except Miller ( according to them) didn't even have a release date yet.

Nice machine man.

He ordered this into the store as a "test unit" But he just called me when it came in yesterday and we unboxed it, looked at it, and put it in my sonic lol.

So yeah I guess I cheated it a little lol.

I have a friend who uses the blue tooth mouth operated controller. No idea where he got it. Works great when you are on your back welding cages and such. There is also a finger trigger torch.

I wanna see a picture of that mouth controller. once you have the blue tooth pedal you'll never want to go back to a corded

I asked him for a picture. Can not send one. It is a prototype being tested by his brothers company. They make all kinds of blue tooth stuff.

That's awesome!

Unfortunately I always end up biting my lip when im concentrating so that might be a bad idea lol.

The finger trigger or slide is on my list for sure.

The Bluetooth pedal is like $680 though so I might hold off a bit.
