Basically a little CNC exacto blade that cuts shapes out of vinyl lol.

Yeah they really make stuff stand out. I forsee much more of that. That die was $135 but I think worth it lol.

Adam, that is some of if not completely the finest metalwork I have seen in my 29 years of sheet metal work. Of course, there's not a big demand for that kind of work in the (Military) aircraft field.

Layout is really the most time consuming part of all of it.
Check out this thread for some other cool beadrolling stuff. The stuff ncjamey puts out is amazing and I foresee Adam getting to that skill level very quickly and Im excited to see it happen.

Big letters only at the moment, so im doubtful. I did however just buy an entire vinyl cutting setup, so now ill be able to sandblast and or paint words, patterns etc onto the panels. That's how I did the CHEVY word on the bowtie panels.

I havnt figured out a good way to price shipping. The 24"x24" sun panel that I shipped to New York cost me $30 to ship. I have to ship out a few more today hopefully, so maybe I can get a better idea.
How have you been paying for shipping? I just learned how much fedex/UPS discount their shipping if you weight, measure and print the label online. Then you just drop off at a shipping center.
A simple shipping scale might save you a bunch. I was blown away that i saved about 25%+ by doing it this way recently.

I have only shipped that one big one..... All the rest have been local sales, or piling up in my car, room, shop floor etc lol.
