"...and if you have an erection lasting more than four hours, call your doctor..."

:flipoff7:

This could be erect for at least 3 more weeks !

I got all excited aboot dimplin and forgot I needed to punch out some notches.

And this piece is to large to fit in the press and dimple.

What ever should I do?

I don't magbasedrill often. But when I do...I drill holes :D

Its a tool that my dad tried to give me for years and I never took it. But now that I have it I wouldn't want to be without it.

Did magdrill jack your finger?

Whats the story?

No. I did it pulling a spare tire out of the back. I thought I tore my glove, because I heard a short sound like tearing cloth.

It wasn't my glove. It was tendons in my hand and middle finger :woot:

The mag drill was to put a hole in the table for this.

9/16-18 threaded rod. The start of my dimpling doodad :pimp:

There are some improvements that can be made, but it was fairly quick to move from hole to hole and worked well.

My crappy shift at work is close to ending so I will once again be able to get stuff done during the week for the next six months :woot:

Avery might finish up the disc brake swap Saturday :woot:

The fuel cell tube contraption is fully welded except for the sheet metal. Then its prep, paint, and get it put back in:woot:

Pull the spare tire section to finish welding and paint :woot:

And then comes the shock mounting, bump stops, and 2 link :pimp:

Yup, I'll be there. I told you I was free Saturday... then I had to meet a guy Saturday morning... then we moved that to Friday night... so I said I was free again... now I have that guy dropping off the t-bird for some work... sooooo I'll stop giving you the play by play and just say I'll be there as soon as he drops off his car at 8:00. :D

Got the sheet metal boogered in today. Soooooo ready to get this painted and back in so we can move on.

Avery got the brake swap pretty much done and pulled the stock rear leafs :pimp:

Thanks a lot :thumb:

16 gauge. Measures .058" and is bright with no scale. Like HRPO or somethin.

Cool. I need to play with dimpling some thinner stuff. Mines all been in 10 ga .1345 or so.

The dimples look so much more defined with the thinner stuff :eek1::bow:

These dimples are super crisp and clean. I had never used the air/hydrolic pump I used on this before.

I don't know how many ton the two pumps I have are, but this one has a bunch more mojo than the one I use on my press to dimple.
