Bertha, picking up where Shewheeler left off.

Ditto on the "crisp" comment. How is the rigidity with the dimples in the 16 gauge? Have you considered a bead roller for the thin stuff?

Its super stiff after it's dimpled. Surprisingly so.

Avery and I have actually been talking for a while about going halves on a bead roller :pimp:

Been looking myself, just cuz it's so good on thinner sheet at adding a lot of rigidity...when you don't want holes. I figured the dimples would add a lot of rigidity. Good to know for sure though. :waytogo:

These dimples are super crisp and clean. I had never used the air/hydrolic pump I used on this before.

I don't know how many ton the two pumps I have are, but this one has a bunch more mojo than the one I use on my press to dimple.

I think the 40 ton ram on the iron worker will do the trick...

They look great. Epic with the muffin wrappers :haha:

I love the level of dedication. I would've given up after the first six

If I didn't have a way to punch the holes and a non manual way to dimple, I wouldn't get all crazy with the holes. :D

My dad has a 100 ton press we built. It is the most awsome yet scarriest tools ever.

You can stack a quarter, nickel, penny, a dime, and smash/fuse them together to about .025 thick :D

It has a long remote and a huge gauge so you can hide and safely peek around the corner

Had to take break from the weekend progress to help fix a flat. She did most of it her self.

Painted the fuel cell thingy, cleaned and painted the frame where I wouldn't be able to later, and ChevysmithZ71 came by Saturday morning to give me a hand pulling the bed sides.

And he came by again today on his way home to help me put the thingy and cell back in

Next is to pull the rear section to finish welding and paint.

Then on to the rear suspension :D

Need to have monkey bring the eazy bake out and fill those up. More help might swing by......

I think i missed it, but what exactly is the dimpled cup cake pan actually for?
