Its not a full kit. That is just one peice of the kit, but I am curious why its so expensive. The springs and everything else are seperate from that.

its part # 3052-1 Kit box with shocks.

Ahh, ok, that makes sense then.

I'd be interested to see pics of the 1.5" blocks. My 91 did not come with any blocks on the rear. I also don't understand how this block is necessary to center the rear axle.

The block has an offset pin in it, moves the axle forward if I remember right. Not exactly sure why it was in there in the first place, but it was there. I am the third owner of this truck, but I know the two previous owners. They did not put it in there. The truck was bought from the dealer with 33's on it. Maybe they put it in there, who knows? :dunno: Truck had stock front springs in it and sat level.

Stacking blocks is not a good idea. :eek1: But it has been like that for four years and will probally be like until I pull the lift out of the truck. :doah:

That is what a zero rate does. It can move the axle forward or backwards

Ordered the lift online today $1297. Best price I could find for a new one. Just went and got the tires today too. I could barely fit all 4 in the back even with the back seat folded down. 44's are bigger than I remember.. :D

BTW there 21/44-16.5 super swaper sts. Hope to install the lift in a few weeks. Maybe take off a few days from work. lol

btw nice truck!

yeah..

what was I thinking buying a lift from a reputable company.
I'll just have to send that back and break out the square steel and the welder :haha:

Didnt you know? 20" of lift can be had at home depot for like 50 bucks mang :weld: :hack: :grind: :burb:

Thanks :D

I wounder if we will see alot more of that now that Stacy on trucks used box stock on the sgt rock project. to lift it.

Block on block action is bad. One block is kinda scarry because they arent even bolted onto the spring pack, but 2

Depends, I've got a set of 4" steel blocks that bolt to the spring pack.
