Best paint color for a blazer?

Paint it blue. You seem to be taking time to fix this rig nicely so why not paint it up nice? Orange looks good on a wheeler imo. In something you want to look nice no imo.

Or you could paint it like this:

HAHAHAHA^^^ well i am going to paint it back to the original color... A navy blue. If i get tired of it i will go orange in a couple years but i dont want it to look dumb and have to either change the interior or paint it again. I think blue is the best choice with a white hard top especially since im trying to make it as nice as possible before all of the extreme tires and lifts wind up inside of the budget :waytogo: thanks for all of the input and if you guys are interested i will post pics of the bedliner i just installed tonight in:popcorn:

What a silly question. "If we wanna see pics". Im not here to read, im here to look at pics!:haha:

I like the midnight blue myself (pretty sure that's what the mid-late 80's dark blue was called).

I'm unsure what it would look like with the body moulding/wheelwell trim/chrome bumpers/beauty rings removed. Not sure if your plans call for removal of any of that, but I think without some of the chrome/stainless accents, a single dark color might be "too much".

Which is why some of the brighter colors (white, orange, etc) seem to look good, even with no trim.

Good thing, too. Dayglo & burnt orange would be really hard to look at....

when I see that color I automatically feel like I am in my Sears plaid jeans and big collar shirt with blue-jean vest...and my aviator eyeglasses...it's not a bad feeling....
