Bigger tires or suspension lift?

4" lift and 35" tires are the perfect setup, it doesn't screw up anything, you can still use your stock driveshafts, sway bar, steering, no need to move axle, you will need to trim the inside of the front fender and thats it,

I second that. I find myself driving my 4" lift 35" tires truck around all the time, It's a chore to take the 37" tire on coilovers out. It's just a completely different driving experience. Gas mileage and especially stopping distance are going to be way different between 37's and 35's. And one more inch of clearance off road isn't that big a deal....just plan more carefully and slow down. 4" and 35"s is the way to go!

6” lift 1 tons 37” tires slight front trim. Doesn’t rub but I don’t wheel it.
