Blazer Bash 2018 Registration. Shirt sales have ended.

I finally called for space to park the semi. She laughed hard. Then gave me a spot for 4 nights. Then I move to the low rent area for 3 nights.
So is that the furthest spots from the road?

Hey Wade- I'm going to be cancelling my spot for the 3 nights of the 7, 8, and 9th. It's spot 41 where I usually park. I haven't called them yet to cancel. Let me know, I'll hold off on calling them until I hear from you, if you want to be closer and in the shade than overflow.

Unfortunately we are going to have to back out this year due to work schedule conflict
Post lots of pics

Noobs!

o Meeting Place: Old City Park

o Early check-in & time to meet others and check out their rides.

Hell’s Revenge

o Departure Time: 10:00AM

o Meeting Place: Old City Park

o This trail can be very intimidating. This is not a technically challenging trail if you stick to the bypasses but there are areas with very steep drop-offs that cannot be avoided. There are a lot of breathtaking views, steep climbs and descents, and optional challenges. Despite all the challenges, it is a must-do trail when wheeling in Moab. This trail is a loop that ends a short distance down the road from the start and you will need to go back thru the entrance station if you leave a tow rig at the trailhead.

o Difficulty: 6

o Additional Information: Be aware there is a $5/vehicle entry fee for the Sand Flats Recreation Area where Hell’s Revenge is located.

Moab Rim

o Departure Time: 10:00AM

o Meeting Place: Old City Park

o This is a difficult trail that leads to the rim on the southwest side of Moab. The first mile of trail is densely packed with obstacles that include large rocks, ledges, tight turns, and off-camber; some of those all on the same obstacle. The view from the rim makes the challenge worth while.

o Difficulty: 7

Kane Creek Canyon

Golden Spike
note there are two trail leaders. We'll discuss Friday time splits

o Departs: 8:00AM *Drivers Meeting: 7:45 AM (mandatory)

o Meeting Place: Highway 191 pullout north of Colorado River

o Be prepared for a 12hr day on the trail; it has taken longer in the past so beware. Golden Spike is a trail that links Poison Spider Mesa with Gold Bar Rim so you will be running 3 trails. Golden Spike is full of challenging obstacles that will put your vehicle to the test all day long. There are strict requirements for running this trail. This trail is straight through and you will end quite far from where you start. You will need to plan for some pavement travel with your trail vehicle.

o Difficulty: DIFFICULT

Pritchett Canyon

o Departs: 8:30AM

o Meeting Place: McDonalds

o This is just about the most difficult trail in the Moab area, at least on BLM land, and continues to get more difficult each year. You must have front & rear recovery points, lockers, and minimum 35” tires. Your vehicle should also be capable of running at steep angles. Having a winch is a big plus. This trail is a straight through type with the end being quite some distance from the start; depending on the group sometimes the trail is run in and back out to end at the starting point.

o Difficulty: 9
