4-10" is what they're saying. It's possible there may be some accumulation. if its 10" of true snowfall there will be accumulation. For me I have 3 gnarly grades to get to the highway. With any accumulation you need to plow or its just an uncontrolled slide into the rocks. Already have some damage on dmax from that happening a few times. Lol.

I remember once I was on a semi controlled slide with the plow down and using the V wings to control my direction. It was like flying.

Are you going I80 early in the morning? What time of day are you getting to the mountains?

I70 up west from Denver to Vail may be rough once you get up the front range. Last map I saw showed Breckenridge will be hit the hardest. That valley line down 9 from Breck to me is the major snow band.

Looks like snow will continue through tuesday night, with very low temperatures.

Of course, it could completely change tomorrow and be a nothing-burger. We'll see.

Timing depends on racing Monday...if we get rained out tomorrow we’ll probably leave early Tuesday putting us through the mountains early morning Wednesday.

Had to lock the axles together on the semi one year.

Back to the thrash. I started at 7 this morning getting all of the BB stuff finished and loaded. I am finally filling the water tank in the camper and will load the Jimmy.

Then I have to reorganize the shop to get the 2 food trucks and my truck inside. That will almost be more work. Eileen's corvette will be taking my garage space while her sister will use the Corvettes spot. The stuff I do for that wife of mine. Worth it.
