Blazer Bash 2021 not Last Minute Thrash

My K5 has been sitting on jackstands waiting for me. Got everything done this morning and starting some maintenance on the truck right now. Everything should be gtg.

My buddy Bill, who is signed up this year just ripped his passenger knuckle off his 60 on saturday night. The rock pinched the tire and dented the middle of the rim pretty good. Knuckle sheared the upper arm studs off, ripped the kingpin area in half and this is the lower bearing race cup:

I had knuckles, but were trying to find an inner C and a 35 spline stub shaft. It's up in the air if he'll make it.
 
One of the things that broke 2 years ago in my biggest ever breakage day of wheeling was the rear 205 rear output housing. There’s been some head scratching as to why. Things became much clearer today

Trying to figure out the easiest way to get it out with one good arm, one 40% or less arm depending on angle and a 14 year old.
This usually takes a skilled crew 6+ hrs to R&R the 205.

I wish I could convince myself it would be fine seal it up, I just can’t.
Headed to ORD to begin customizing the new case because nothing in this vehicle can be off the shelf. :doah:
 
My neck is destroyed, can't move it or my arm barely. Let's pray ibprophine kicks in so I can get the last bit done.
 
Made it to Denver without issue, Truck just cruises on the highway. I did get it weighed at a cat scale in the as loaded for a run condition with my fat arse onboard.

Anybody got a guess what it tips the scales at now?
