Blazer Bash 2023 last minute thrash.

If I get better then 6mpg I’ll be happy, but I won’t be driving for mpg :haha:
Besides driving like a pissed-off teenager, how the hell are you getting that crappy of mileage with an LS? Even if I drove the 8.1 like my foot was nailed to the floor the worst I got was 8mpg. You got some tuning to do Senor. That 6.0 has to be running pig-rich at that rate.

Yeah that’s pretty bad mileage. My old school inefficient 6.3 gets 8-9. And that’s at 6500 lbs. on 40’s

2015 2500 hd with a 6.0 pulling the 82 up hills and I like to go 70-80mph

Ooohhh, I was thinking ‘ol blue was getting that.
That’s still bad though haha
Yeah that's what I thought too. Also, once I understand it's a '15 6.0 doing the pulling with the lead foot I'm not surprised. That truck needs forced induction.... Just saying.

Small set back. We put tire sensors on the trailer and the weight of them damaged the valve stems. At first didn’t know what happened but by the time we realized we had three tires leaking air. But hey if you need to break down a tire just run over it with your truck to break the bead. Also got the last two packs of valve stems from auto zone 5 min before they closed. I had the same thing happen. Only leaked while driving due to the centrifugal force. Was hard to find the leak when parked.

It needs all the help it can when going up hill. Last year I had my foot buried into it going 30mph at 5k rpm…

It might have additional timing added this year…
