Blazer is really done. Last pictures while she is still mine.

Back on target, had a vibration at highway speed last go round and traced it back to the front pinion. Now that the driveshafts are out, I found some up/down play in the front pinion so I'll have to dig into that and see what's up.

Forgive me for not searching but how is your doubler supported? And who's doubler kit? I have a older version NWF kit and and sure dont want me bolts backing out like everyone else.

Can't remember who built my doubler. It's an all steel one.

It's supported by a crossmember at the doubler adapter and another in front of the 203. All my drivetrain is solid mounted. I mention it as it could be a factor, however, before the big rebuild it was solid mounted as well and never came loose.

Didn't manage to get it reinstalled tonight. Got the studs put in the 205 and loctited. Decided to let that sit for 24 hours before continuing. Made up a gasket. Maybe tomorrow. No real hurry since i'm waiting for a couple of items.

From what I've heard from those who have had the same issue they say you really need to support the back of the 205 in some way.

Thought about that. Undecided, but I could see the extra support helping.

Tcase is back in, really could feel the locking effect of the hardware grabbing when the studs got smoked down.

Got to rework the crossmember yet and look into the possibility of the rear support.

sounds cool Kert, progress is great isn't it?
Save some for me this winter! wahahaha

Fitting for my radiator showed up yesterday or friday, don't know which. Now I can finish up my radiaor hoses.

Tcase crossmember is a done deal.

Got a solid start on putting some tube doors on.

Shoiny!

Unfortunatley I won't be able to mount them for a while to come yet.
