I'm thinking it might have started with this, all the pinion preload was gone (and then some) and I think it's because this got longer as it twisted. Will need to measure it up to be sure.
Just like the last one, not 100% sure this even happened at Blazer Bash, didn't notice any problems just popped the cover to check for stuff like this.

I too had a magnet and honestly, if M4O didn't have the gears and everything to fix it right, I would have cleaned it out a bit and ran the rest of the week on that ring and pinion, it's not like I was going to make it worse...I do really think it helped keep this one together long enough to fix at home!
