I have a rust free hood and fenders from a 74 waiting for the redo.
so been fixing the grill, it broke again. Had to do a bit of welding on the pieces I put in to help support the oil cooler and trans cooler.
Got looking at it and sure looks to me like my frame is a bit bent. Cant imagine why
, really though it was probably from the accident that I think it got in before my brother got it.
No big deal its only off 3/4 of an inch looks a bit more but I got out the tape.
Have been debating on what to put under the grill, but got nothing yet.

Got a new addition today old one was leaking into the over flow. New radiator cap
Doesn't match....too shiny and clean for your stuff...kick it down the driveway for a bit
Give it a week it will look like the rest.
Figure the old cap had been on it for 10 years or so.

Doing a bit of weight saving. Not sure how well it will work with a completely skinned hood, it may bounce to much.
Does it need weight reduction?
