Yup what has been in my head also.
Found a place to get the steel for the floor going to pick that up in the morning. Going to get the passenger seat tabs welded in the morning also. then do a whole bunch more welding.

Got a bunch done today after doing a bit of running around in the morning.
All of the seat bars are welded in. All the seat mounting tabs are welded in. Got a start on the floor boards. My neighbors plasma cutter rocks.

Figure worst case is it will add 11 lbs to it in welding wire.

Yeah it wasn't liking me very much. One was what it was on two was burning holes.

Yeah how much you expecting this tank to weigh when you are done? I usually somehow end up twice as thick as I need to on my metal work. LOL
It's 14 gauge so not too much thicker. Probably don't have to weld it all but is a bunch stronger now.
Got some more floor in tonight.
I really need to get a shop done spend 20 minutes getting all the stuff out to work on it. Then another 20 minutes putting the stuff away that I am just going to take out again. Including pulling the truck out and taking out the seat each time. Going to get a plan and then work the plan to get a shop.
