Blazer's 85 Suburban "Twinkie"

Bought the doubler December of the same year. As well as bunch of parts in between.

The parts didn't go on Twinkie at first they went on a 73' Blazer then we had another kid so I needed more seats, hence the Burb. So Twinkies's real age is 9 but some of her parts are a bit older.

So been debating on some changes not sure how far to go.

So doing sliders soon going to do them basically at seat height.

Really like my doors, have to trim the bottoms of them when I do the sliders. No real big deal. Or is it ?

Want to narrow it as well, not sure I am all excited about the narrow part, but do not like it as big in the middle as it is. Basicaaly no reason for it.
Keeping the doors working after the narrow part is going to be a chore, a big chore. They will be cool to have when it is all done, less to climb over. Just not sure I am looking forward to the work.

Have the slider material already 2x5 got about 17 feet of it also have a bunch of 2x2, 2x2.5 and 2x2 3/4 square to make a bunch of other braces and stuff.

I regret cutting the doors on the 72 when I built the sliders. Granted, it wasn't Twinkie wheel base, ground clearance probably wasn't that important.

Absolutely won't do it again though
