I did that to a geo tracker once... By the time I was done it fit in the 5 1/2' bed of my wife's truck.
its funny how that happens. We fit a k5 body and frame in the bed of a scrap guys ford f150.

Now it really looks like a moon buggy.

some modifications for today
I am going to angle the rear up to the rear cross bar.
Once I get it welded in going to cut the body mounts off.
Wow you really went at it this time!
That angle at the end is going to look really good. Can't wait to see some more progress.
Where did that battery tray come from?
I really don't remember where I gotthe battery boxes from. There is one on the engine side also. Will have look it up when I get home.
So after doing some thinking as well as some discussing with Eric, not going to angle the rear. Just going to weld it in with plate wear it is at. I am also thinking about moving the front out an inch or two give me some more space to weld on the down tubes.
Got the drivers side cut out and set into place.
Did some digging in my receipts cannot find the one for the battery boxes. Do not remember where I got them from.
