Boatsided crew cab with doors

I assume you'll run braces from the frame to the 2x8. Essentially making it a unibody.

That itself will stiffen up the frame more than you can imagine. With that and the cage and all the other work you have done you won't have to worry about it at all.

Yes it will get 2x3s down to the frame. Same as my last build

I like doing this so much and I think it helps the frame so much I'm gonna do it on my daily driver crew cab. Not boatsided but a rocker skid attached to the body and the frame.

Well I plan to do it you know after I actually get it running lol
 
Badass, I've thought about boatsiding my k5 but that'll be after I get it all back together and back on the road. Awesome work man. Have you thought about clocking up the tcase any?
