BOYCOTT 4 Wheel Parts Performance Centers

Paul, should have encouraged him to pay for a membership first and then discourage him. :deal:

At the risk of prolonging a thread that should have been put down pages ago....

I agree, your objective has been met, we are now all aware of the bad things some people at 4WPW have done. I'll take it under advisement for the future. I am sorry they screwed up your truck. That is part of the reason I build my own.

However, what the heck are those documents supposed to prove? One is an "investigative report" that just lists a bunch of CA codes that were violated by somebody, and the penalty is........ they are going to keep the report on file. And the other is somebody referring you to somebody else. I guess I don't get it - not exactly a smoking gun.:confused::confused:
I'm still on the first page!!! :haha:

I've been aware of 4WPW's dealings and these links that C4 posted are old news. I've seen these copies here and there, several years back, too. What he is spreading (as gospel ) to us is not new. He's pretty much beating a dead horse. Over and over again and again.

I don't need all these linkys of 4WPW shoved down my throat as I've already formed my opinion way before these threads started since the "free wheel giveaway" began.

Some n00b didn't do a search to find out what we already knew about 4WPW. Shame, shame, shame!

Awesome... I saw a banning mid-thread... On Page 1, he was a registered user, on Page 2, he was playing the skin flute. I actually hit "back" on my browser to make sure I wasn't seeing things.

:haha::haha::haha:

Oh yeah... PLP :D

so should this thread die or just let the ****ers rant about 4WP go.??

I say kill it now but w/e works.

Eveeryone learns from experience and i'll probably steer clear of 4WP but that's me :dunno:

Oh and keepin on playin :D

When I was deployed overseas, i ordered tires, wheels, shocks, stabilizer and gears from them. Of course I couldnt see what they had sent me untill i returned almost a year later, But when i went to put on my shocks they had sent me the wrong ones, and were in the back of my truck and the boxes had got soaked from my leakin ass cap. But neways, they were great to me besides that, they gave me 470 + - buck off my entire purchase, which i thought was nice even if i did eat 180 bucks on shocks that were not as advertised to fit up to 8 inches of lift.. non the less stock haha. but.. the way i see it **** happens, life sucks, dont like it?? go to wal mart and buy another! :) we all get screwd n the rear in the end.

That's exactly what I was thinking.

Your objective? So what you're telling me is that you joined up here with an obvious agenda and used CK5 as a way to spread your little story???

ike spam to me. And if you read the rules, you'd know what we do to spammers, truck-related or not. On top of that, your snotty attitude is starting to bug me.

Buh-bye!!!!!:surepal:

Thank you very much

:haha::haha::haha::haha: That's awesome

Why lock it? Move it to the Lounge for some general ass-hattery and a good old fashioned thread trashin.

Ya know I had a bad experience with the local Taco Bell the other day, had a bad burrito and nearly shat myself at work, that would have been embarrasing. :o Would you all mind if I went on a personal vendetta against them?

I think I will start several threads in each of our forums to spread the word about bad burritos and then....... aw hell screw it I'll be back there tomarrow to get a couple volcano tacos :doah:

Oh and PAD :D

I am anally EXPLOSIVE C4, hear me whine!!!!!!!!!:haha:

4West was mentioned a couple times in this thread...Never dealt with them, but wondered what you guys think of them.

4west is a very knowledgeable 4wd hardware store. their prices are probably a notch higher than 4wp(name one local shop that can beat 4wp), but they are a sincere, down to earth 4wd store.

BTW, i just drove thru bee canyon a couple months ago and ended up in idylwild. pretty cool route thru there. it was my first time in idylwild as well. thats a pretty cool mountain town.

right here on this site in the regional forum, we have a local group of wheelers that goes by the name of SOCKO. if you're ever interested in rolling with some GM "K" owners, look us up in the pacific regional forum, or PM me. its no formal club, just a bunch of guys who like to drive GM's off pavement.

Y'all arent a bunch of Mick Foley fans are ya:D

nah, we're not a bunch of wrestling fanatics, but anyone who rolls on a trail with us gets a free ticket to web bash all SOCKO enthusiasts.:waytogo:

BTW, carpeonnel, your build looks awesome, keep up the good work.

Good to hear that about 4West. I've passed by their store 100 times on my way to our Idyllwild house before we moved there. I'll give them a try when I buy my new springs.
My truck really isn't an off roader. A year ago I bought a plow-

and most of the time I keep the camper on it. Even without the camper and plow, the mount for the plow hangs down too far to off road. Future plans are for a MUCH better plow mount (Mine was only $700 Great deal!) and more HD front springs as mine are bent downwards (superlifts...don't like'em)
I do off road with a 4Runner....but you guys are driving K's.
Anyway, I seriously hijacked this thread enough tonight...:haha:

we have a guy who runs a 4runner, and a couple of guys with jeeps. its always great to have more people to run trails with us. if you'd be willing to roll with us, we'd be willing to have ya.:waytogo:

Back on the topic of the spam master - I've bought a few things at a local 4WP store with no issues. The latest was my Powertrax locker that had to be shipped - no problems.

The Mesa store has treated me very well - but I always deal with the same person.

I have never had anything installed at any shop (other than exhaust and tires) so I have absolutely no experience with 4WP shops and their workmanship.
