Broke a rod on my compressor/time for a new IR, install piping?

I run the compressor at cut off pressure into black piping, allowing it to cool a bit (50 feet or so) and then into the regulator, water seperator and coalesing filter. I have two drops piped in but not hooked up yet, and into another 60 gallon receiver tank. I use another regulator and filter off that tank too. Current compressor project.

wow, dam...nice comp! production shop?

We have a total of 12,500hp of compressor motors in my dept at work...and right now we have a total of about 42000cfm being used right now.
The air intakes are each 12' square rooms with perimeter filters around the room...in the center of the room is the intake for each compressor, 5 total rooms.
The air headers are 18" in diameter, the compressors are all at floor level, then run up about 30' to the header level, then each tank pulls air off the header. Two inline filter cans with 26 elements in each can...each element is 3x this size:
