Haven't gotten a ton done, bout to start school so I'm getting in as many hours as possible to try and get some more money for my project. Right after I finish off painting the underside of my tub, I think I'm gonna start making up some bumpers....never really done it before so I'm going off peoples pictures here. We'll see how it turns out. As soon as I get something going, I'll be sure to get it posted up.

Another question while my post is up at the top, what do I do about my front shackle angle, it pretty much sucks. Granted the motor/tranny/transfer case aren't in, but still its not so good. Do I need pictures so you guys can see or what?

Matt

Well it's official, my work has begun once again. I've had some major led butt issues lately as far as the blazer goes. Finally got out there today and cleaned up my 465/205. It will be painted tonight or tomorrow and put in possibly sunday....then the driveshafts are gonna get made up. I'm gettin there!!!!:D :D

High Angle Driveline

Never had to get driveshafts made before, but called HAD the other day and they seemed top notch to me. When I heard the prices I was thinking ouch, but after looking at their work, I think it's well worth the money. So, I'm looking at gettind CV's for the front and rear. Sound like a good plan?:D

depends, for a stout rig and piece of mind i would say yes, i did a rear cv on my first build and felt it was money well spent

The motor is on its way

Got a guy just north of me building up my motor. Should be pushing 500+ hp. Man I'm excited to get this thing back on the road. Only a few more months!!:D

In and running next week! nice! Your blazer is pretty bad ass.

Thanks, well I'm gonna put it in and break the cam in and all. Still have a few more months till it will be driving. Gotta order my HAD shafts and get the brakes all squared away. It's been over a year of driving it, I'm having withdrawls.

Hows the truck coming man?

It's coming along good. Got the dual flowmaster 3" exhaust. Also got all of my fuel lines ran. It's possible I will get the motor started this weekend, we will see how much school holds me back, got a lot of homework this week. Should be up and driving it in a few months.

Matt

Hows that tranny and transfer case? Have a chance to throw it in?

I just read this entire post And i think this will be ONE BAD AZZ truck We need updates.

Here's a couple pics. First one is the one with my motor dropped in with my fuel lines ran. Second picture is my new exhaust. I had them put in that cross pipe, heard thats supposed to help flow better. Also, forgot to mention I bought a hydraulic clutch setup from 4x4HIGH. I'm excited to try the thing out, he sent me that stuff in great shape.
