Building Blazer still

468rwhp is pretty damn good.

Between the doubler and automatic I would guess he's loosing 30% of the power he's making at the Flywheel

Let's pretend that he's making 1hp/CI at 555 CI. SO 555X.30=166.5 555-166.5=388.5.

I'm guessing there's two things happening, he's making more than 1hp/CI and not quite loosing 30% through the drive-train.

Ya, this motor turned 629 HP at the fly wheel not tuned in yet on just motor, the rest of the tuning was done on a chassis dyno, we figured 30% to 35% loss to the tires with the Lo- Max 205 & the ORD doubler with 44" pitbull rockers!
This was done at 5,600' elevation.
All the specs to the motor are on this build thread, Dart M Block and all the good stuff, not a race motor buy any means but a really good, strong, reliable motor! It breaks a lot of ****!! Lol Have to go to the Jana 76 front because I can't keep the 60's gears together, every time I hit the NOS I lose teeth in the 60.

Sounds like you got it handled almost sounds like you need some dana 80. Hybrid axles

Some Motor pictures.
The Jana 76 is a better fit with all the Money I have in this 60 with the RCV axels & Drive Flanges, Chrome Moly Knuckles & Inner C's and ARB locker. This does not include the Fab work for the Coil Over front end if you know what I mean!

Add Tom Cherry in there, Scott Moulding,

Jason died in August 07' and the first award was done that year, so math says there's two more.

Sorry I thought you were looking at only the J-Payne award. I don't know on that info. Can't be Many because several of the guys that have won the J Payne award aren't active on CK5.

Picture of the Dash wiring, have a Relay for everything.:waytogo:
Under dash wiring is done, all the chassis wiring is done, just some hooking up wires under the hood! It will all get Loomed on final install.
Will take everything apart and Hydro Dip and paint the Dash.

looks very organized Mike....so how do you access with the windshield in place?

The front of the Dash or Dash Plate comes off with fasteners and the Dash Cap which I don't have a picture of comes off with fasteners. It all should be easy access and easy to work on if any problems occur.:D

You can see the fasteners in these pictures.

I have it set up so the whole Dash can come out and I can work on it on a work bench if I need to.
