I think weights are going to be really close. Just do all you can to keep the bumper and winch light since the overhang weight matters a lot more than the weight right on the axle. It would be good to check the specs just to be sure because there's nothing to say the guy has the truck setup to match what he ordered at this point.
In general these springs have a reasonably wide weight window if you're willing to play with ride height adjustments. I agonize (too much usually) over the individual specs but in reality an engine swap adding 200 lbs may drop the front about 3/8" (being really general here but it's reasonable for most springs). You can make that up with shackle height or a straight shim and just know that you're going to have that much less bump travel available. The real problem comes in with overhang weight. Heavy bumpers and winches add more than their own weight to the springs because they act like the fat kid on a teeter totter. Spare tire carrier bumpers are the worst because the rear overhang is so big and the parts can get really heavy.
Pay attention to the axle placement on the springs, it's common to move the axle forward but not everyone does and you should just know going in what will happen.
Once again, if you can get what name he ordered them under we can tell you what they are and give you some advice, no problem.
