I don't know about light, but it's pretty small.
I was exhausted last night, I tried to go get some work done in the garage, but it was pointless and just ended in a lot of cussing. I decided to quit early and get some rest, which paid off today, I spent 14.5 hours in the garage and got a bunch done. I started out with the wiring, the electrical panel and all the normal trailer wiring is done. Bonus points if you can spot my "oops":
Here it is with the door closed:
After fixing the leaks in the airbag system I made a front panel to keep the majority of the rain/dirt/mud out of the storage area:
The last thing I did before calling it a night was to put some paint on it. It's a really terrible paintjob, but it looks like I'm going to get some rain on this trip so I didn't want to deal with rust:
No time to make the fuel cell, but conveniently, 4 NATO cans will fit in the spot for the fuel cell:
Amber mounted the stove on the countertop. Now when you open that side of the trailer all you have to do is hook up the propane and you're ready to go:
I made a cover for the back (behind the fridge) as well, but I ran out of stainless so it's just regular steel and required paint. I'll get a picture of it installed later, but for now:
I've only got a couple more things on my list for the trailer, but I have a list for the S-10 as well. I'm guessing we won't actually head out until Saturday morning, but we'll see how tomorrow goes.
On another note, Amber got the permit for Canyonlands and realized that dogs aren't allowed in the area we were planning on going through. Now we have to find a different route from Page to Moab... Hopefully I have signal in some of the campsites.
