Can somebody identify this TBI body and adapter?

Left over from one of my dads projects. From the bore size, I think it is big block. Is the adapter supposed to be a cooler?

Need to sell it, but need to know what it is to advertise it.

Looks like the ones I have seen factory on the big blocks.

I'm going to go with "early BBC" since the TPS is not the later style, and I don't believe they used that TPS on the small blocks, according to AC Delco's pictures, that is a correct belief. But they could be wrong too.

The casting itself doesn't look like the early 454 ones though, because the one I just worked with had a seal/cutout for the regulator above the rear vacuum fitting.

The lower piece is the heater/adapter from spreadbore to TBI.
