i have a 208 now want to got to a 241 with a sye. the 208 has a mechanical spedo. the 241 im looking at is electronic spedo. i just put in new guages. can i convert the 241 to be mechanical?

Yes, not sure on all what parts will be needed but it can be done.

you only need one part
the catch is its hard to find
the housing that comes off the back of the tcase, i thin it is 6 bolts to the case and 4 bolts to the slip yoke adapter, you need that housing.
and the speedo gear, and the gear adapter thin off your 208 might work, but you might need to find the one for a 241

Something tells me you should read the For Sale forums here on CK5. You just might find exactly what you are looking for.
