I have 24 of these Generation X cell phone boosters. Some people say they don't work, but I can use my phone in my basement now and anywhere in my house since I put one of these in my phone. Also, before when I would go outside I would have 3 to 4 bars, but now I get all 5 everytime I walk outside. Anyway's, they retail for $20, I can sell them at $2 a piece. If you buy 3 or more I'll make you a deal on them. This price includes shipping also. :D

It says that they capture stray radiation in the body of the cell phone and re-radiate the signal to improve the phone's performance.

All you do to install it is remove the battery and stick it to the phone pointing towards the phones installed antenna. :D

Call it whatever you want to but I know they work.

I sent one to my parents. I got them a cell phone on my account back in January. When they got home they couldn't use it at all inside their house and they even had problems getting a signal outside, but since they put it in they have no problems whatsoever using it anywhere in their house.

Still have any of these things? At 2 bucks shipped, I think I can take the gamble of if it works on my phone or not, lol

As it stands, my phone is totally useless in the basement, only get signal in the perfect position, or if I am by a window, so if it improves my signal, I'll let you know, lol

I'm on vacation right now in Illinois. I won't be back home for at least 2 weeks. I'll shoot you a PM when I get back home. :thumb:

I sold these when I had a computer / cell phone store and I did see them work on 98% of the phones. Way I understand it every electrical device creates an EM field and these things keep it from interfering with the signal.

I bought them in bulk and sold them for $6.99 my cost back then was .25 each in bulk of 100. If you do put one under the battery be sure to copy the numbers on the phone
ESN
HEX
DEX
S/N

That way you have them for service or to have the carriers changed.

I figure I'll just stick it to the back of the battery, no concerns about pulling off the numbers then...

Would that hamper it's ability to work? My phone has an internal attenna, so I'm not sure which direction it actually runs in, lol

I will help him out. Link up a picture of style phone you have. The booster thingy is thin and the little thing that looks like a pyramid on its side goes to the top. What I did on mine was put clear tape down first that way it protected the numbers(Hex and Dex are most important).

I will help out any way I can bro.

Put the point to the top and close to the left side. DO NOT cover the contacts for battery. Cover the numbers with clear tape first so you protect the Hex and Dex numbers.

Sounds good -- Once the thing gets here, I'll temporarily position it and post to see if I've got it right :D

Thanks guys!

Yeah, I got both of yours and SierraClassic's. It's been really hectic around here with getting back to work and I've also got 2 extra kids here at my house right now. Anyways, I sent out the boosters to both of you today. :D
