Did you guys read the article? Cha-ching!! $$$$ No wonder the Forest Service likes the proposal. Lots of mula will have to be thrown their way, which equals job security. It's already the law to stay on trail and not go cross country right? I don't see what the new rule accomplishes. Seems like their just trying to pacify the crazies, which will never happen until they lock all people out of all forests.
