having trouble finding one any suggestions other thAn CL or my local junkyard no luck at either so far !

Not exactly the same but close dimensionally. For whatever reason they used to be much cheaper but they are creeping up to chevy prices around here.

Spring perches don't line up and should have offset bushings to accomodate. Its really close at .5" difference but squeezing the springs in to place is pretty hokey imo. It is also pretty narrow. I think 67.5" wms ish. Shock mounts are single shear and the ubolt studs are a different diameter. 1/2" lug studs for 90?-93 which were internal style locking hubs. Older were external. and the long side spring perch is a cast unit instead of stamped. I think that's it.

Strength wise it's identical.

So are Chevy k30 Dana 60 a direct bolt in or do you haft to modify spring perches also ?

The chevy square bodies all shared the same front suspension design. Any square body front axle wiill bolt under any square body truck/k5/suburban.

There are hardware differences because dana 60's have larger axle tubes, but no perch work or offset spring bushings are required.

Like @obijuank5 said, Dodge ones are the ones that need more tweaking to make right...
