Chevy silverado ss stepside info

Looks like they did make a single cab ss unless this a fake to
http://sfbay.craigslist.org/scz/cto/4366602664.html

That's the only single cab SS, that's the 1990-1993 454 SS. it's a regular cab half ton 2wd with a 454 and turbo 400. I'd love to snag one them and put a Whipple supercharger on the engine and swap in a T56 six speed transmission!!! The blue SS with the 5.3L is just badged as one, likely a dealer package. Not a bad looking truck though!

You should research your Chevy SS trucks and know what you're dealing with before trying to flip for profit. Chevy hasn't built a Stepside since 1987. What they offered after that was called a Sportside and a different animal. The 90-94 SS454s were all shortbed regular cab fleetsides based on the Sport model trim. Did you ever find a listing in KBB,because it should be in there since it was it's own specific model.

The only ss trucks I have ever seen were in 04-5 and 6. All ext cab shortbed, plastic bumper cover on front and rear bumpers, plastic side skirt down the side. ss on the gauge faces, 6.0 /4l80e, awd, no stepsides or regular cabs. They are pretty fun trucks, still go for decent money if under 75,000 miles.

That looks just like a regular cab stepside with the ss decal on the door, prob said above. Those decals, emblems and all the cladding etc can be had all over the place. That's the other ss emblem meaning step side...lol...jk. Not a bad looking truck tho looks like a few decent items added. Like the cover, wheels, billet grille...if you do buy it please remove those taillights..lol.
