CK5 Membership give away..

Because I have been on this website for a long time now, I was here before they even required a membership fee. I've had soo much helpful knowledge from all the great people here at Coloradok5 that its astounding. I've given as much of my knowledge that I can on the "Garage" forum but it just doesn't seem enough to repay all the people who have helped me over the years. If I had a membership I could share my knowledge with everyone who visits Coloradok5. I could welcome new people to this site with as much enthusiasm and genuine concern as everyone who welcomed me when I first visited this site. As I posted before in a thread, Coloradok5 is the best website out there with the most helpful, knowledgeable members anyone could ever ask for. Even if I don't get the membership, Coloradok5 will still be a place where I can talk with friends about wheeling and everyday life.

I guess i'll go for the pity approach....

parents got divorced
houseboat burntdown
dad goes in veteran mental hospital
got busted lost my license for a year
truck broke down*needed motor*
got burned by my woman
had to sell dirtbike(that i paid for half of) but it blew up right before i planned to sell it
rebuilt it and sold dirtbike
brother moved out
mom is dating some redneck peice of trash
got motor
now i owe my mom 2000 dollars
oh yeah im getting kicked out of the house as soon as i turn 18

Is that enough?

I contribute as much as i can to this website and post only on stuff I've had experience with(now). I would be using the membership to buy and sell parts more than anything but it would be nice to be able to post elsewhere.

I know i've been in a lot of the pissing matches but whats done is done.

peace

Because I just gave her a boat load of ice cream....lol :D

Keep it clean guys..I really did..

Because here in Estonia diesel fuel is about $3,7/gallon ($1/litre), a round of Boggers costs roughly $1700 and parts cost 30-50% more than in US, not to mention I have to occasionally wait for the stuff to arrive for weeks.

Greetings from V8 owners' hell,

I wish that I could win the membership because I've seen how helpful this

online community is. I have not become a member yet, but plan to. Right

now I'm pretty close to broke. I've been trying to fix up the 75 K5 and a

VW Cabriolet, both full convertibles. I am collecting tools and gaining

mechanical insight near daily. I would really like to become a full member

soon to be let in on the extra goodness. I'm planning to move to Colorado

in about a year, and I'm bringing my 75 K5 and my girlfriend with me. I'll be

visiting Denver and the Springs the 19th to the 22nd...

Thanks for your consideration

Free Membership...

Would really like to have a membership to CK5. This site's been great for info, and a good laugh every once in a while.. Free would be very nice since I just found out the motor in my Blazers locked up. It's quite a bummer because it's a DD, and the only thing I have to drive right now.

If it isn't 0one thing, it's another!!!

I think i deserve it because:

I got a hernia from work
I got laid off from work because they don't have "light duty work"
I am stuck at home doing nothing because of the hernia
I can't work on my blazers at all because of the hernia
I have ALOT of pain down low, yeah, down there
I spend most of my days on ck5 now that i'm home
AND I think my membership is up soon
Don't forget, i have ALOT of pain down low

thanks for the chance

I should get the free membership because before I came here, I was just another blazer owner... I didn't really care about rock running, mud bogging, and wheeling in general. I blew my engine, and have now spent half of my wife's (everything is hers except the truck) tax return check on a new Stage 1 350 engine from 350chevys.com, a set of Summit offroad headers, and a rebuilt Holley 600 carb to drop on top. After all is said and done, I'll have to use my next 2 months of paychecks just to break even with the credit cards and the shop that is doing the engine swap... so, being that I have no money right now, but have intentions of contributing countless articles, info sheets, and reviews of the trails I am going to hit with my newly finished crawler... I think I should get that free membership.

By the way, I eat ramen every day to pay for the gas to drive the half hour to work every day... and I gave up a 30mpg Nissan Stanza to drive this rig... :k5: and my 5 year old loves to go bouncing down a rough trail or up the side of a mountain... he keeps asking me when we are going to go out again.

Thats why I have a 'burb:burb: .

Don't 13 year old girls like little kids???

im a 17 year old die hard blazer kid. i have a 86 k5 that i am rebuilding and it has new paint and all new interior what i am most proud of is the stock standard transmission that is hard to find in an 80's blazer. i have no money and with gas prizes rising, it would be easyer for me to spend 25 dollars on gas and go have fun in the best made vehicle of the best manufactur ever created I also would be honored if your beautiful daughter would choose me to join this great site and spread the great meaning of offroading to everyone i write to.

thankyou for your time

I need it because I don't have a membership yet and am just about ready to start reassembling my 85 k5 blazer. Going with TBI and might need some help with that.

One more thing, my dog just had kittens:grin: !!

I'll bite. Even though I've been here for about 5 years. Met some of the best people on this site. The tech articles are very well detailed, and the pic's help alot. Also this site helped me find local wheeler's (and webwheelers) that were close to me. That's how I found out about www.norcalbigdawgs.net and met the club. I mention this site about 3 times a day to people in my school classes.

Main reason's why I can't afford to join this site.
School @ book's
