could a dana 60 fit inside my honda?

Day after Thanksgiving '11 I met kmoutfront at his shop and loaded up a complete disassembled '99 BBC Vortec into the back of my '98 Jimmy with the rear seats folded down.

Granted it was a little more weight than it should have hauled but with the BBC in pieces, the load was spread out all over in the back. This is why you should disassemble the front axle so the weight isn't focused on one general area in the car. Tear it down and spread the load.

How far do you have to go? Lowes/Home Depot/U-Haul rent pickup trucks pretty cheap.

take your rear doors off, push it through on the rear seats and put the tires back on it. good to go! lol

I just can't see a guy stuffing that in a commuter and being a part of this site. This site is keeping you from doing an axle swap on cinder blocks...

Truth. But the idea to put a honda on a straight rear axle is pretty interesting.

I can't honestly think of doing anything to a Honda "interesting". Fart cans and carabiners ?

Well I used to see this awd civic wagon driving around town that this guy had some bigger 14 inch mud tires and a roof rack on the top with off road lights. Was the coolest Honda I have ever seen.
You could tell it was a joke or just the guys commuter car. Had Yukon gear, MSD, comp cams, high lift jack stickers in the Windows.

Well here there is an older honda civic hatch back sitting on a blazer frame with 38" tires.
That thing actually looks good, he made it fit nice and it doesn't look wacky, he also has another small car on a 4x4 frame but can't remember what it was.

A few years back I crashed my moms honda into the back of an suv that was stopped at a red light and the car in front of the suv was a cop. That was pretty interesting.

On another note,

I bought a Honda once for $10.

Was the best amusement ride I've ever been on. I did more illegal stuff in that car than allowed. No fart can needed
